Our professional photo booth attendants attend each of our events, setting up the booth before your event and working hard during it to keep the fun-o-meter on high. Is there additional charge for setup and breakdown time?

No. If you’ve hired us for 4 hours beginning at 5:00 pm, our booth is completely set-up and ready to go at 5:00 pm. There is no additional charge for the time it takes us to setup or breakdown the booth.

Does the rental include a photo booth attendant

Yes. A professional attendant will be present during the entire rental period to assist you and your guest with the fun and maximizing the photo booth experience.

Does the rental include props?

Yes. All of our packages come with the best props for you and your guests.

What is the best area for setting up the photo booths?

We always recommend that the booth be setup in the same room as your guest, or as close to the action as possible. This setup method maximizes usability, participation, pictures and fun.

Can we choose to have our photo booth galleries password protected?

Yes. All galleries are password protected to ensure the privacy of you and your guest.

Can we chose color or B&W prints?

Yes. You may select color or B&W prints directly on the photo kiosk touch screen.

Are prints included with your rental rates

Of course, instant gratification is the best part of the photo booth experience. Every photo booth session takes three to four pictures which are printed within seconds of smiling, snapping and fun. Guest receive two 2″x 6″ strips or a single 4″x 6″ print to take home. Our rental rates include unlimited prints, so your guest will come back for smiles, snaps and fun.

How do we get a digital copy of our images

When you receive the email with your link to view your password protected online gallery, you will also receive a link to download every picture taken at the booth. Simply click the link and your digital files will begin downloading directly to your computer.

Do you offer different color backgrounds?

We do. Choose from several colors and textures or use the natural beauty of your venue (Wine barrels, vineyards, exposed brick, etc.) to create a beautiful background unique to your event.

Do you carry insurance?

Yes

How much of a deposit is required to reserve a booth?

We require only a $200 deposit to book your event date. Your deposit is applied towards the final rental price. All booth payments and planning can be done through our secured website.

How long does it take for our picture gallery to be posted and to receive a download link?

Most photo booth galleries are posted within five business days or less following your event.

Can we customize the names on the prints?

Absolutely! You can choose to have your names and event date printed on the pictures. You can also have any unique messages, hashtags, graphics, logos, etc. displayed at no additional charge. We will email you a proof of how your overlay will look for review and approval.

When is the final payment due?

We require final payment 7 days prior to the event.

How many people can fit in the booth?

Because of our modern open air kiosk design and no walls or draping to get in the way, we have accommodated up to 15 people in one picture.

How much room do you need for the booth set-up?

Because our booths are compact and an open air design, we can set them up in an area as small as 8’x6′.

How much do charge for idle time?

You may require the booth to be set up earlier than its opening time. The time in between is referred to as idle time. We charge a flat rate of only $50 for up to 2 hours of idle time if needed.
